Author Guidelines
GENERAL
The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research published bi-annually. It adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as outlined in the "Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work,"
Submission of Manuscripts
Manuscripts containing original material are accepted only. Neither the article nor any part of its essential substance should be submitted for publication elsewhere before appearing in this journal.
Online Submission
The corresponding author has to create an account or login to an existing account on our website. Then he has to follow a 5-step easy submission process. The manuscript must be blinded, not showing authors details; names, designations, departments, institutions, cities etc. The details of authors are to be uploaded in metadata. The supplementary files, including data files, fee submission document etc. may be added, if desired.
Language
JOMR is published in English. Try to follow British English but do not hesitate to use American English where convenient.
Writing style & format
Please use Times New Roman, size 12, justified with 1.5 line spacing. Put tables and illustrations (figure/ chart/ image) where stated, not at the end of the document.
Title of the manuscript
Conciseness: Ensure titles are brief yet informative, capturing the essence of the research succinctly.
Clarity: Use clear and understandable language to convey the main topic and purpose of the study.
Relevance: Ensure titles directly relate to the content of the manuscript, reflecting its scope and focus accurately.
Specificity: Be specific in the title, highlighting key aspects or findings of the research without ambiguity.
Accuracy: Ensure titles accurately represent the content and avoid misleading or exaggerated claims.
Language: Titles must be in English, with the first letter of each word capitalized. Avoid abbreviations, except for the most common ones when necessary.
Keywords: Consider incorporating relevant keywords to enhance searchability and visibility of the manuscript.
Originality: Strive for originality in title creation to distinguish the research and attract readers' interest.
Consistency: Maintain consistency in title formatting and style throughout the manuscript.
Review: Review and revise titles carefully to ensure they effectively convey the significance of the research.
Key words
Select concise, relevant keywords representing applied mathematics and computational methods. Ensure diversity by including terms covering mathematical models, algorithms, and computational simulations. Maintain consistency in terminology throughout the manuscript. Tailor keywords to the target audience, focusing on relevance to researchers and practitioners. Review keywords carefully for accuracy and enhance discoverability with five to ten well-chosen terms.
Abbreviations
Standard abbreviations should be used only. For every abbreviation the full word should be given at first with abbreviation in parenthesis. Well known and frequently used abbreviation may be used as such.
Tables and Illustrations

There is no limit on the number of tables and illustrations (graphs/ charts/ images). These should be as per rational demand of the manuscript.

Each table and illustration should stand by itself; showing all its contents/ meanings without going into the text.

Each table and illustration must have a serial number and a title; above the table and below the illustration. The title of table and illustration should be summary of the tile of the manuscript.

Illustrations should be of good quality.

Where required, table or illustration should have an accompanying legend.

If a table or an illustration has been reproduced from a published work the source must be given.

The author must submit the permission from the author/ publisher to reproduce the previously published illustration.
References
In-Text Citations:
In-text citations should be used to acknowledge sources within the manuscript.
Each in-text citation should be numbered consecutively in square brackets, such as [1], [2], etc.
The numbers assigned to citations should correspond to the order in which the sources are cited in the manuscript.
Reference List:
A reference list should be included at the end of the manuscript, listing all sources cited in numerical order.
References should be formatted according to the IEEE citation style.
Each reference should include the author(s)' name(s), title of the work, title of the publication (if applicable), publication year, volume (if applicable), issue (if applicable), page numbers, and DOI (if available).

DOI Usage:
Whenever possible, include the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each reference.
DOIs provide a persistent link to the source and facilitate easy access for readers.
Accuracy and Consistency:
Ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting references throughout the manuscript.
Double-check all details, including author names, publication titles, and publication years, to avoid errors.
Units of Measurements:
Please use Systems International (SI) units, where possible.
