Aim & Objective

Journal of multidisciplinary journal (JOMR) is a quartely academic research journal.  The journal publishes three  issues every year, i.e. January, April, July and December. The Journal publishes theoretical and empirical research papers in management, human resource management, marketing, linguistics,  humanities, and all other related disciplines of management and social sciences. Its primary focus is on empirical studies with an emphasis on the policy relevance of the findings.

JOMR's goal is to inform the academic, business, and public policy communities of the results of relevant current research; to provide expert analysis of current events and reviews of literature in the field; and to add to the business literature material suitable for academics, executives, and professionals. New innovative concepts, ideas and practices about businesses, industry, and management related disciplines are therefore welcomed.

It aims to publish original and high-quality research papers quartely a year. To publish quality research in the relevant areas with an emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches in the analyses, CURJLL accepts original papers addressing any aspect of management, human resource management, marketing, linguistics,  humanities.
